Jewel De'Nyle signed with Pleasure
Jewel De'Nyle has signed an exclusive contract with Pleasure Productions. As part of the agreement, De'Nyle, a former AVN and XRCO Performer of the Year, will shoot at least two new features per month for the company and plans to "shoot as many as I can."
"I am very excited and a little nervous, because it's the first time in several years that I'm going to be working for another company and not own the product," said De'Nyle. "I just want to do a real good job."
"This is our latest acquisition, and we feel it is a good one," said Pleasure Productions' owner, Frank Kay. "Jewel has been well respected in front of the camera and behind, and we are looking forward to some great new additions to her line." Kay added that there have been preliminary discussions to have De'Nyle shoot an interactive title with Pleasure Productions' contract girl, Tera Wray.
Kay explained that the contract also includes rights to 59 of DeNyle's previous titles (originally distributed by Platinum X) that will now be handled exclusively through a new, yet-to-be-determined company. "These fifty nine titles are very well done," said Kay.
De'Nyle's first title under the new contract will be No Boyz, No Toyz, an all-girl romp featuring New York performers exclusively. Among the local talent, De'Nyle said she will use Ariana Jollee, a New Yorker who hasn't shot in a year. Aside from Jollee, however, De'Nyle said she will primarily use newcomers for the project.
"I live in New York, and I think there's a good talent pool here," continued De'Nyle. "I think the girls don't know who to go to, so they go out to Los Angeles. Now that I've contacted them, and they know it's legit and not a scam, I've been able to convince them and, kind of, re-establish the New York scene."
De'Nyle said she decided against toys for the movie because she feels having "too many toys takes away from the lesbian porn."
